1. the coordinates are in a national park and it is located just out of Palm Springs, CA; which is a fairly populated area of the U.S.. There appears to be a lot of greenery in this park (it is a tree park).
2. I imagine the climate is pretty warm and would have luscious green areas due to its position near the coast.

5. There are a lot of houses and developments and there appears to be little open area that is undeveloped.
6. It is a major city in California and is located next to a large community in a warm weathered climate. The city is seemingly upscale with upscales homes, where some golfers probably live.
